Li Österberg is a Swedish comic artist born in 1978. She grew up in a middle sized town and went to a comic artist school nearby. She made her (Swedish) debut with her own comic book in 2008 called "Det är inte så här det ska vara" ("Not supposed to be this way"). She has also made four comic books with her friend Patrik Rochling, which constitute the Johanna suite.

Li has also produced her own fanzine Agnosis since 2004 which contains autobiographical comics, fictitious realism and comics with historical, religious, and slightly fantasy inspired themes.
